The family has leased a hunting ground, which father and son regularly look after. Their deep connection with nature goes hand in hand with the responsible role of the hunter.
The game from the hunt makes its way to the Post. The kitchen team uses it to create both classic and creative game dishes for Post guests, some of whom come to Steeg especially for them.
