Holiday planning with your dog

Important information

• Rooms for guests travelling with dogs are not available in all categories. However, we need to know when you make your booking if you intend to bring a dog, so that we can ensure you receive a suitable room for allergy sufferers.
• Please note that excessive soiling, for example if your dog gets on the bed or sofa, may incur an additional cleaning charge. The standard rate per dog per night, excluding food, is € 23.00.
• To ensure the peace and quiet of our guests, we accommodate a maximum of 8 dogs at a time, depending on their size.
• We kindly ask you to leave your beloved four-legged friend in your room during breakfast and dinner. If this is not possible, we have a separate parlour where you can enjoy your dinner.
• Please make sure that you have adequate third-party liability insurance for your pet in case any damage occurs in the room.
• If you would like to go hiking with your dog, please note that many hiking trails in Austria have a signposted requirement to keep dogs on leads. Please check in advance whether the route is suitable for your dog or whether dogs are not permitted at all. For alpine hikes, it is safer to use a harness rather than a simple collar.
