Good to know
- 25% discount for an additional bed in a room of two fully-paying adults (14+ years)
- Prices listed are for stays of 4+ days. For stays up to three days a supplement of €6 per person and night applies
- Single room supplement: from €10 per night
- Dogs are allowed. We charge €19 per day (without food)
The Post Travel Cancellation Insurance
Take out travel cancellation insurance for the most precious time of the year. We don't want to charge you if something goes wrong. For more information please check out your booking receipt or contact us.
Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
- from 14 days prior to arrival or in case of early departure 90% of the booked arrangement
Special - Sorno conditions under COVID-19:
In the case of border closings that do not allow arrival, your own corona case or a positive one in the family (with proof) or potential quarantine after returning to your home country (Tyrol is officially classified as a risk area), free cancellation is possible up to the day of arrival.

- Arrival: Your rooms are ready for you by 3:00 p.m. on arrival day.
- Departure: Please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on departure day
