Head chef Florian Obwegeser and his team stand for cuisine that reinterprets Tyrolean tradition. Regional specialities meet creative ideas, seasonal ingredients and international influences.
Ingredients include produce from our own fishing and hunting grounds, herbs from the family garden and selected products from suppliers in Tirol. As a Nature Park host in Naturpark Tiroler Lech, we feel a particularly strong connection to our region and its culinary treasures.
