Booking information
Good to know
- Rates apply for stays of 4 nights or more. For shorter stays (up to 3 nights), a surcharge of €6.00 per person per night applies.
- Single room surcharge: from €30.00 per night.
- Pets: Dogs are welcome in the hotel. A fee of €19.00 per day applies (without food).
- Sustainability: In line with our eco-friendly philosophy, we do not provide slippers in the rooms. If you do not have your own, slippers are available at the reception.
- Electric vehicles: You can conveniently charge your e-vehicle at the hotel’s charging stations (for a fee).
- Parking: For guests staying in the Suite Post Imperial categories, one underground parking space is included. A free outdoor parking space is also available.
- Additional underground parking: Depending on availability, an underground parking space can be booked for an extra €12.00 per night. Please note that the number of underground parking spaces is limited.
The Post Travel Cancellation Insurance
Take out travel cancellation insurance for the most precious time of the year. We don't want to charge you if something goes wrong. For more information please check out your booking receipt or contact us.
Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation made up to 60 days before arrival date are free of charge.
- For cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival, a €50 processing fee applies.
- For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the booked package will be charged.
- For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, as well as for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows, 90% of the booked package will be charged.

- Down payment of €200 per room or 30% of the booked package price
- Arrival: Your rooms are ready for you by 3:00 p.m. on arrival day.
- Departure: Please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on departure day

- Children up to 13,99 years in a room with two fully-paying adults - €50 per night in a room, €55 per night in the suites an apartment
- Children from 14 years: 25% discount
