MONDAY:

8:30 a.m. Water gymnastics: full-body training for the young and old, easy on the joints

9:30 a.m. Power workout: muscular endurance training for all who want to something for their shape

11:00 a.m. Hatha Yoga: find inner peace and relaxation and improve your flexibility

12:00 a.m. Individual training: supervised training the gym

TUESDAY:

Cheese spaetzle at Postalm

Hikes ranging from walks to mountaineering tours, joint end-of-the-day

WEDNESDAY:

8:00 a.m. Water gymnastics: full-body training for the young and old, easy on the joints

9:15 a.m. Running/Nordic Walking: along Lech River incl. Kneipp sessions and QI Gong

11:30 a.m. Lechtal cycling tour: dreamlike tour along the banks of Lech River

THURSDAY:

9:00 a.m. Suspension bridge: Easy hike along the high-altitude trail from Steeg to Holzgau; back on the Lechweg trail
